This is how we want our diners to engage with our food when they come to 3603, whether for breakfast or lunch for modern and fresh café style food, at our evening bistro for more sophisticated international fare, at one of our wine and food pairing events, or by taking some of our pantry items home.
We are inspired by seasonal ingredients – and nothing tastes better than something that you have grown yourself. Our family gardens supply our home and the restaurant to complement the local, seasonal produce and ingredients we source from our suppliers – and this seasonality helps keep our offering dynamic and ever-changing.
